Throughout the millennia of mankind's history, a certain concept has been rooted in it. Initially, humans organized themselves into groups based on their primary needs for survival. Each individual in these early societies contributed to survival through their labor (craft, specialized skills, etc.) and strove to be efficient in order to take their place.
With the evolution of humanity, small tribes turned into larger societies, which then transformed into markets. To succeed, individuals honed their skills and perfected their crafts to sell their labor and effectively participate in the market, earning compensation.
Previously, the labor market rarely extended beyond cities and, even more rarely, countries. As we have already mentioned, it was technologically challenging. However, when COVID appeared, the situation changed. In just a couple of years, it completely changed the model of human existence; it is now quite acceptable to work remotely. Although technology had allowed this before, the Pandemic triggered a radical reorganization of the world.
If the pandemic has digitalized a huge number of processes through the existing technology base and essentially actualized that technology, then the model of more efficient distribution of benefits for labor in the form of Revenue Share and the existence of such contracts combined with the technology base can transform the approach to economic relations.
